Why we built Morfus
Venues never needed another tool. They needed their tools to work together.
Walk behind the scenes at almost any hotel, venue or high street and you find the same stack: a Wi-Fi portal from one supplier, a booking widget from another, a menu app, a screen of offers, a spreadsheet of requests and a reporting tool nobody fully trusts. Each was bought to fix one problem. None of them talk to each other — and visitors feel every gap in between.
The usual answer is an all-in-one suite that has to be bought whole, replaces what already works and takes a year to roll out. We didn't think operators should have to choose between a drawer of point tools and a platform they can't leave.
So Morfus is built the other way round. Each solution does one job well on its own, in the visitor's browser, with no app to download. Start with the one that fixes today's problem. Connect a second and they share what they know, within the permissions you set — and every one you add makes the others more useful.
