Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 October 2026
This policy explains how MiniMe Labs ("we", "us", "our") collects and uses personal information when you visit morfus.ai (the "Site") or get in touch with us about Morfus. We are the controller of that information under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Information we collect
We only collect what we need to respond to you and to run the Site.
- Information you give us — when you use our contact or partnership forms, or email us, we receive your name, work email address, company, partner type (where relevant) and the contents of your message.
- Technical information — like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic request data such as IP address, browser type, device information and the pages requested. This is used for security and to keep the Site working.
- Preferences stored on your device — the Site may store a display preference (such as the colour theme) in your browser's local storage, and uses a service worker to cache pages so they load faster. This stays on your device and is not used to identify or track you.
How we use your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss Morfus, a demo or a partnership with you.
- To operate, secure and improve the Site.
- To comply with our legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Our legal basis
We process enquiry information on the basis of our legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us and developing our business, or where you have asked us to take steps before entering into a contract. We process technical information on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the Site secure and available. Where the law requires your consent, we will ask for it, and you may withdraw it at any time.
Cookies and similar technologies
The Site does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. The only browser storage it uses is strictly necessary or remembers a preference you chose, as described above. If we introduce analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the Site and our business — for example website hosting, email and customer relationship tools — and only under contracts that require them to protect it and use it solely on our instructions. We may also disclose information where required by law, or to a buyer or successor if our business is reorganised or sold.
International transfers
Some of our service providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum approved by the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and generally no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless we need it for a legal reason. Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your information;
- object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it;
- receive your information in a portable format, where applicable; and
- withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to act promptly if something goes wrong.
Children
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Contact and complaints
To exercise your rights or ask about this policy, email us at enquiries@minime-labs.com. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
