Deploy it independently
Analytics can be scoped as a reporting project on its own, around whichever sources you agree to connect. You do not need the rest of the platform. What we can read, which events exist and what the reports show all get confirmed before we start.
What we agree first: which events we read and how we get access; what each term means, so the numbers stay comparable; who may see what, and how long records are kept; and which reports or exports you get.
There is no universal connector here. We do not claim we can pull anything from anywhere. Where a source is not available, the view says so on its face.
What your deployment needs
- Software
- The reporting screens and the access level for each role. Hosting and exports confirmed with you.
- Hardware
- None of ours. The systems being read and the devices people read the reports on are already yours.
- Information
- At least one agreed source, with a clear definition of each event and what it does and does not cover.
- Connections
- Either a Morfus source, or an outside connector we have checked case by case.
Three views — and what is missing from them
Every view carries its own limits, because a chart that hides its gaps is worse than no chart at all.
Questions

Engagement
What they looked at, and the path they took through it.
Outcomes
Bookings, requests, campaigns and redemptions, where those events reach us.

Named on the view itself, so nobody mistakes a gap for a zero.
